The Curtain: Formed from cold-rolled galvanised slats, typically ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm thick, depending on size and application.

Guide Rails: Heavy-duty galvanised steel guides, normally 75mm wide, with wider options for large or wind-exposed doors.

T-Bar: A solid aluminium bottom rail that adds rigidity and can house locking systems.

Canopy: A galvanised steel cover box that protects the barrel and improves appearance.

Wicket Gate (Optional): Allows safe pedestrian access without opening the full shutter and can be fitted with panic hardware where required.
